Gregory Phass founded Linestar Ltd. in 2007 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since inception. Greg is responsible for deal generation and overseeing due diligence, deal structuring and negotiaition along with fund raising and investor relations. Greg also has portfolio management and regulatory compliance responsibilities. Greg has extensive experience with Financial Services, Trading and Communications. Prior to joining Linestar, Greg was formerly Chaiman and Chief Executive Officer of Viper Communications Ltd. Greg was also the Chief Information Officer of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) and was with Merrill Lynch, the Chicago Board of Trade, British Telecom, Metropolitan Fiber and Vband Corporation.

 

Greg was a Non-Commissioned Officer and Platoon Leader in the United States Marine Corp. He served in combat in the Middle East in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
